Involvement

Arkov is hired by Renard to organise a Parahawk attack on Bond, and to help organise the theft of a nuclear warhead from a decommissioning site. When the Parahawk attack fails to eliminate 007 and Arkov mumbles that the plan should be called off, Renard orders Davidov to take his place after he is killed for his lack of devotion to the cause.
