Following on from
winning a real-life poker tournament (with the same hand that initially defeats 007 in Casino Royale), actor Mads Mikkelsen has hit the headlines again.
The Danish actor who plays Le Chiffre in the latest James Bond film has been linked with a tournament held in Copenhagen.
Unfortunately, the restaurant and hotel operators involved at "Club Dakota" have indicated to local press that the event has received the attention of the authorities, as the poker tournament was held illegally.
Mads Mikkelsen's agent did not comment, other than to state that the actor had no knowledge that any element of the event was illegal.
According to local press, the pot could have gone up to 100 million Euros.
As Le Chiffre says in Casino Royale... "Oops"
