Lee met up with Bond at the wharf's in San Francisco, posing as a stand worker at a fish shop. They discussed Zorin's possibly dangerous activities pumping sea water through his off-shore oil pumping station, and told Bond of Nazi doctor Carl Mortner's horrifying background, and experiments with steroids. They also discussed the possibility of Zorin being a product of Mortner's experiments. Chuck Lee was later killed by May Day in his car outside Stacey Sutton's house.
