James Bond, a broken man after falling into a honeytrap set up by a woman
claiming to be his dead wife's sister, has almost gone to pieces in despair.
Striving to free Bond from his own torment, M sends him on a basic mission -
to trail a terrorist cell to Istanbul and rescue an MI6 agent.
But even the most basic of missions have their catches, as Bond is to
discover in Turkey, where his endurance and competence are tested to their
limits by an enemy he can't possibly defeat...

The plane tilted too far and the wing dragged down onto the ground. The Mercedes spun out of control and as the plane made a U-turn it missed the car by a matter of centimetres. The speed of the plane dropped and sparks flew. Bond kept hold of his breath, holding on for dear life.

About The Author
Robert NC Thomas, born and bred in Cardiff, Wales is an avid fan of both the
movie and novel forms of James Bond, and was introduced to the debonair
gentleman spy by a friend. The first film he watched was Goldeneye.
He draws his influences from the films of Timothy Dalton and Sean Connery,
as well as the Ian Fleming novels. His favourite film is The Living
Daylights and his favourite novel You Only Live Twice.
To Stone a Crow marks his third entry into the world of James Bond
fanfiction, but is by no means his last.
