Use

Khan's assassins used this device to kill their target. Vijay was one of the victims of this device. Bond was almost the victim of the spin saw during a battle at Octopussy's palace.

Specs

A highly refined stainless steel disc with the appearance of a circular saw's blade. The cutting teeth on the disc were sharp, comparable to a surgeon's scalpel. The device was attached to a thin wire and could be used by it's operator like a yoyo.
