Without a doubt one of Bond's toughest adversaries to date.

Most memorable quote:
"The first one won't kill you... not the second... not even the third... Not till you crawl over here and you kiss my foot."

Personality

Grant's characteristics could be classed as pure evil, he was a psychopathic killer, who tortured and killed people because he gained a trill out of it. Grant was known for his full-moon desires to kill someone or something, Grant showed no remorse and killed with no hesitation.

Involvement

Grant was an escaped convict, jailed in England for murder, whilst hiding out in Tangier, he was recruited and trained by SPECTRE as their primary assassin. Grant was handpicked by Rosa Klebb to kill Bond, as he was a most efficient assassin and psychotic and would kill Bond with no hesitation. He first met up with Bond disguised as Captain Nash, who was Bond's contact in Yugoslavia, however Grant killed Nash and tricked Bond into believing that he was in fact Nash. Later on the Oriental Express, Grant revealed his true identity and tried to kill Bond, however when Grant inspected Bond's attache case, he ended up with a face full of tear gas, and was garrotted by Bond with his own watch containing a retractable steel wire.
