Named after his wicked laugh, Tee Hee is Mr. Big's number one.
Making his only appearance in Live and Let Die, Tee Hee's favoured
weapon is a steel hook replacing the right hand that he lost to
a rather hungry alligator.

Personality
Kananga's main henchman and personal assistant, Tee Hee was a
towering and domeneering figure, with a deep voice and a menacing
laugh. He took pleasure in harming others and getting the opportunity
to assist in a sinister interrogation. His mechanical right arm
was used as a weapon, in which he could stab or bludgen his victims.
When Kananga was interrogating James Bond, Tee Hee was on the
ready to amputate his fingers one by one.
Involvement
Tee Hee served as Kananga's loyal right hand man, he was present
when Bond met Kananga's persona, Mr Big, Tee Hee simply grabbed
Bond's gun and bent it in half. Tee Hee also was responsible for
escorting Bond into the crocodile farm and leaving him strandard
on a small island in the middle of a crocodile pond. Tee Hee finally
tried to assassinate Bond and Solitaire while they were aboard
a train, Bond managed to overpower Tee Hee by cutting a cable
inside his mechanichal hand to disable it and throwing him out
of the train.
