Personality

Vargas is the mean and lean evil S.P.E.C.T.R.E. agent who is one of Emilio Largo's right hand men in Thunderball (1965). He is a passionless man who kills without remorse. According to his boss, he doesn't smoke, drink, or make love. Not only that, but the man doesn't say much either. He is very capable of carrying out kidnappings and murders, and after following 007 and Domino Derval on the island of Nassau, he "gets the pont" when he gets impaled on a palm tree by 007 with a speargun.
